Where Do The Vehicles Come From / Who Supplies them?
All vehicles are supplied to customers direct from UK franchised dealers.

Is Delivery And Collection Included?
All prices include free UK mainland delivery and collection.

Do Vehicles Have A Warranty?
Yes, all vehicles come with the full UK Manufacturer’s Warranty. Cover is identical to purchasing a vehicle directly from a dealer.

Is Breakdown Assistance Included?
Yes. All vehicles include a minimum of 12 months breakdown assistance. Many vehicles may include cover for much longer – please ask for details.

Will The Contract Include Road Tax?
Yes, the vast majority of leases / contract hires include road tax for the full duration of the contract. We will make you aware if this is not the case.

Is Car Insurance Included In The Lease?
The lease contract does not include insurance, you have to arrange your own fully comprehensive insurance on the vehicle. Please see our front page “Insurance Quote” in order to obtain a competitive quotation.

Is There An Initial Deposit?
Typically an initial deposit of 6 monthly payments is required. All prices on our site are based on 6 monthly payments just prior to delivery. Smaller deposits are available, and similarly larger deposits can be given to reduce the monthly payment. Please call us for further details.

Is Servicing / Maintenance Included?
Maintenance packages can be included as an optional cost and includes all servicing, tyres, brakes, exhaust, battery and labour. Please ask for further information.

What Happens At The End Of The Lease Period?
This depends on the type of contract taken but usually the vehicle can either be handed back, the contract can be extended, or the vehicle can be purchased outright. We will contact you at least three months before the end of your lease in order to discuss options.

Can I Change The Mileage On The Contract During The Hire Period?
Where your vehicle is running ahead or behind its predicted mileage, rescheduling the mileage can be agreed on both contract hire and personal contract hire agreements.

What If I Exceed The Agreed Mileage On The Contract?
Any mileage over the contract is charged at the excess mileage rate.

What Happens If I Want To End The Lease Early?
